Working with Pratik has truly changed my life. Before I started training, I lacked energy, motivation, and confidence in the gym. I was also suffering from lower back pain post delivery. From day one, he listened to my goals, created a personalized plan (both workout and diet), and pushed me—without ever making me feel overwhelmed. Suraj Sir is helping me with my workout since 2019. I attended his batch, and I can certainly say that he is a hard-working and smart coach. He focuses on progression and before you know it your body will start showing results. I faced challenges while doing a deadlift of 15kg bar but with his plan was able to do a deadlift of 70kg just before lockdown in March 2020. Suraj is so amazing, he knows how to push you without overdoing it. He helps keep me motivated and makes me enjoy working out – which I have never enjoyed before. I also love that he teaches you different workouts that can easily be done at your home if you don’t want to go to the gym like me. Apart from a normal routine workout plan, he motivates to try few new workouts every week and also consults on a diet plan regularly. I would recommend him to everyone – he is amazing!!

I have been working out on and off before this pandemic but when the lockdown started, I started hitting my workout daily by just looking [at] videos on YouTube and eating normal food. We think we know everything about our body, but I realise we don’t when I started getting trained under Pratik. He shows a no mercy attitude, takes utmost care of every posture and keeps on pushing me hard while designing the right nutrition plans for our workouts. He always keeps a note of my timings and shows me the progression. I trained with Pratik for more than a year. His workouts are extremely effective, well planned and quite progressive in nature.
