Constant source of encouragement in my journey

I have been doing strength training with Pratik for the last one year.  Starting training for the first time at 40 was quite a mental challenge, while also suffering from sciatica.  The goal was to feel healthy for the next 20 years and not tired.  Pratik has been a constant source of encouragement in my journey.  His dedication and persistent push has kept me going.  Not that I didn’t have any more sciatica troubles, but the frequency and intensity of the pain, has gone down several notches and my confidence in lifting weights has gone up considerably.  The other day I lifted my daughter, which I had not done in years’ coz of my sciatica and she was over the moon!  Thankyou Pratik for being that person who says “movement is therapy” to me every single time I have been in doubt!  Thank you for not letting me get even a day off (on days I feel lazy) or be complacent about my health and nutrition!
