Gained my strength and stamina

I have been working out on and off before this pandemic but when the lockdown started, I started hitting my workout daily by just looking [at] videos on YouTube and eating normal food. We think we know everything about our body, but I realise we don’t when I started getting trained under Pratik. He shows a no mercy attitude, takes utmost care of every posture and keeps on pushing me hard while designing the right nutrition plans for our workouts. He always keeps a note of my timings and shows me the progression. My real fitness journey started with him when I gained my strength and stamina and still, we are going hard, keeping in our mind to build muscle and be lean.
