Suraj is so amazing, he knows how to push you without overdoing it. He helps keep me motivated and makes me enjoy working out – which I have never enjoyed before. I also love that he teaches you different workouts that can easily be done at your home if you don’t want to go to the gym like me. Apart from a normal routine workout plan, he motivates to try few new workouts every week and also consults on a diet plan regularly. I would recommend him to everyone – he is amazing!!
